Sell it here!

Forum Topic: Deagan Xylorimba

Not sure if this is the right forum to post this question.

I'm considering selling my Deagan Xylorimba, but I'm not sure what it's worth. Ebay prices vary drastically. It's a model 730 with a folding parallelogram stand and factory case. The keys are in good shape, and the resonators are clean with no dents. The post isolators need replacement, and the stand needs new rubber feet. I'm hoping to sell it locally on Craigslist, as it's fairly heavy when packed in its case.

Is anyone here familiar with these or able to point me in the right direction?

Forum Topic: Vibraphones for SALE and LONG-TERM-RENT M55, M55, M48, Leedy

This is my first post to this vibesworkshop.com so I will take this opportunity to welcome myself.

Welcome, Jon.

Thank you all.

I'm based in Brooklyn, NY and have amassed a collection of vibraphones that I like to rent out as long-term affordable rentals.

I currently have a few instruments that I'd be willing to sell or rent, or rent-to-own if anyone here might be interested.

They are:

1) 70's M55 with fantastic bars and a frame/resonators thats not so pretty. Motor works. Asking $3,000 - can include cases if you'd like.

Forum Topic: M75 For Sale alert in Columbus Ohio

I was traveling and I stopped by Columbus Pro Percussion to take a look around a couple of days ago. They had a brand new looking M75 on consignment priced at $3995. It looked brand spakin' new. The bars were in mint condition. My guess is it's a 90's version or newer since it had the cross bracing. I played on it for a few minutes and it sounded really even, and it's rock solid. I didn't test the motor, but I'd be surprised if it didn't work. They told me it was a=440, but I would double check to make sure.

Forum Topic: Deagan model 30

I have a Deagan model 30. I bought it about 25 years ago and am now retiring to a smaller house and need to sell it.

I'm a professional piano technician and a hobbiest woodworker. I had intended to redesign and rebuild the instrument from scratch with new legs, aluminum resonators, fine hardwoods, etc. I don't know if that would have compromised its value, but the brown and gold paint job and a few unravelled resonators made it seem like the only option.

Should I sell it as is or rebuild it as I intended?

Forum Topic: Need a vibe!!!

I'm looking to buy a vibe in, around, or that will ship to Berlin, Germany. Preferably graduated bars with my top choices being M46, M55, YV-3710, or M48. BUT, I am open to anything right now so, if you have one to sell please hit me up. Doesn't have to be in perfect condition as I'm pretty good at fixing them - and a motor is not necessary. Thanks and peace. Jeremy

Forum Topic: For Sale: Musser M55 Pro Vibe

Pictures can be found here:

I am selling my beautiful Musser M55 pro vibe. It is an incredible instrument in great shape:

- Frame is sleek and not dinged up
- Motor is working
- In tune
- Felt is new
- String is new

The resonators are the lest appealing cosmetically, but could be easily refinished with a fresh powder coat.

This is a professional instrument in great shape. I live in the Denver area, but I will ship!

Would feel great to see it go to a loving owner!
