Grad School Treasure Hunt

I feel like i've been on a treasure hunt lately. I've been looking for grad schools to apply to for Jazz Vibraphone (graduate level). Im not finding a big list here, and was hoping some of you guys would have a better idea as to wear i could consider applying?
So far i know of: Manhattan (locke), UArts (miceli), Queens (rafalides).
Know of any others?

Who is Chick82?

Hey Chick82!

You joined us some 2 months ago as subscriber and we quite often see you online. You even had the nice thought of wishing Tony a happy birthday on the chat... But we don't hear much from you... hardly a comment, no post...

I can see that you're living in Italy. Can you tell us more about you?.... Please!! :o)

Wolfgang Schlueter

Hello,

today I would like to present one of the most underrated german/european vibes player: WOLFGANG SCHLUETER!

I took some clips of him on his latest concert. The clips have been recorded May 27th, 2011 at Birdland Jazzclub in Hamburg. WOLFGANG SCHLUETER is 78 years old (!) at that time and beside this he is nearly blind!!! But he does not care about both and is still playing UNBELIEVABLE!

Boris Netsvetaev (Piano)
Philipp Steen (Bass)
Kai Bussenius (Drums)

Who Is Rob Zollman?

Rob is a great friend of mine and a great teacher that specializes in beginning students on all percussion. His claim to fame as a teacher would be that he was Ari Honigs first teacher.

I'm trying to recruit him to help us with the beginners section of the site. I think he'll blog and post ideas and questions and see where we're all at.

Meanwhile, ROB post a comment below and tell us.... Who Is Rob Zollman?
