We will stream some of the classes and tonight's concert (Feb 23), as well as tomorrow's classes (Feb 24) and the vibe hang ending the concert.
Keep an eye out, I'll post on the site and in the shout box.
The stream will be from here:
We will end our winter workshop with a streaming vibe hang featuring, David Friedman, Matias Haus, Matthias Goebel, Tony Miceli and some of the guys from the workshop.
It will take place at 6pm Germany time, Central European Time (CET) +0100 UTC . This should be a lot of fun and we hope you can come support all the members of the workshop!
I will post the link some time soon. Check back here before the hang starts.
Ok so something cool happened. I've been working on Paganini's Moto Perpetuo for a long time now. Not to play in public just to work on my chops. I've learned the first 3 pages. Ok....
So I would play it over and over, work on technical stuff. It's a great piece to practice because it's a chops builder. It's better then doing scales for me (not that you should stop practicing scales). But I would play it, lose my concentration, have to start over. start playing it slowly and building up speed. But I never felt great about it.
Hi everyone,
I've been starting to notice more and more people posting and asking questions. Please keep it coming!
When you post questions, this is a very big help for Tony, myself, and the other guys posting lessons on the site. Sometimes, it's hard for us to come up with ideas for lessons, and many times, the questions in posts gives us ideas for topics.
Even if you feel shy and don't want to post your playing, ask questions! This is a big help for us! Thanks!

Check out Joe Pass. check out his intro here. Imagine this was a set of vibes. Doesn't translate totally to our instrument. I grew up playing classical guitar and still think the vibes are more like a guitar than a piano. IMHO
