Happy Birthday to Gary!! Thanks for all your support on the site!!!! You are the best!!!
Tony re-posted an older blog I wrote a couple of years ago about my experience sitting in with Bill Evans and with Milt. Reading it again reminded me that there are two more stories along this line worth telling.
This video shows part of what keeps me from practicing my beloved melodic minor scales and tunes for the jazz-ensemble class as well as the tunes for the jams with my buddies outside of that and let alone logging onto this site for months. David's music is on my laptop that I travel with, so whenever I travel, I check him out. I dig this cat. He really plays great and interesting. If you guys get a moment check him out and let me know what you think.

But we'd have the must have CDs for young and up and coming vibe players.
just thinking out loud, what do you guys think?? And what do you think Ed?
Just in case: I'm coming to Europe for the vibesworkshop workshop at the vanderPlas factory. I just remembered that I can bring a MalletKat over and save one of you European mallet players a few hundred Euro.
I should have written this earlier but I forgot about this. If anyone is interested let me know ASAP and I'll check with Mario.
We've talked about doing some lesson about working with singers. And they're coming, they're on my list.
I've spent the last month down here in St. Maarten working with a singer and a bass player. They're very close friends of mine whom I've known for a few years now.
