Hello everybody ! Once again one of the joyful moments for me during the Paris workshop that I'd like to share with you. Thanks to the great David Friedman !!
Hi .-)
I got an offer for a set of SF-830 medium hard mallets from 'Silverfox'. I never heard of this manufacturer before... Is anyone here using Silverfox mallets and can shed a light on their quality and sound?
regards, Jens .-)
Another challenge I gave myself
It's slower then the tune is supposed to be, and I don't play a solo. This was hard enough for me to do.
It's how it's written down in the new real book volume 3.
I play some mistakes, but after this recording session I needed to catch my breath.
This was really hard.
Greetings,
Stefan
This is one of my favorite all time standards .. there is such a great version of tal falow doing this ... check it out .. this is another pre mastered cut from the studio ..
Here is a quick and dirty version of Darn that Dream. The recording is just one of my practice recordings.
On these recordings I was trying to leave lots of space and keep the sound clean. Not sure if I succeeded but this is one of the attempts I liked.
ALSO ATTACHED is a pdf of a solo version I wrote out. YOU FILL IN THE CHORDS. I'LL HELP you but use the sheet music if you want and figure out what I'm doing.
im defiantely looking for a pickup system for my yamaha 2600.. does anyone out there know of a used set of ayotte or KnK systems.
