My buddy Wilson Moorman is in a group called Strike Force. It's a percussion group and I thought I'd give you a quick sample of them. Pretty cool stuff.
In the group is:
Thurman Barber
Bryan Carrott
Wilson Moorman
Eli Fountain
Ray mantilla
Hey guys its been a while since i've been on the site so I thought i'd post something I had that I DONT think I posted before on here....if I have...sorry for the double post!
But here is the standard tune "Three Little Words".....Enjoy!
searching through music files today i came across a Down Beat magazine from 1988 and started paging through it - attatched is a PDF
Milt did the Blind Fold test in this issue, (where they play current artists and try to guess) and his comments really caught my attention...then again his comments always get my attention, so thought i would post it up here.

Hey vibes-men and -women,
please look at the video in "HQ" and "full screen size"!
Then you can listen to the original solo and read the music as SIBELIUS-score. The cursor always shows you where you are.
Now I checked out how to upload the PDF-file to my post - so you can get it directly from here:
Serpent's Tooth-Solo by Victor Feldman.pdf
Have fun!

Getting around with the vibes can be a difficult thing. But I have it down. I have great soft cases and a rock and roller (see under check this out).
I can go up stairs, down the street. I can add my PA on the cart. I'm really flexible. You know getting your mobility together with this instrument is a real must. If you can't get around easily, it will deter you from getting to jam sessions, doing rehearsals and other great playing situations. The number one priority if you're learning this instrument is to get out and play with other people.
hey all ....
my time to babble.. on and on
the last couple mouth of definately been a developmental life situation stage...whew
so much positive energy has gone toward our move to southern oregon.
AFter over two years of not playing at music. i have found myself both feet heavily ingrained in the rogue valley music scene. im currently playing keyboardist in " MONK."
I decided to try and set up a workshop in August here in Philly.
We'll have a bass player and drummer (at least 1 set, more depending on how many people sign up).
This is the unofficial notice! The dates will be August 15th and 16th. The workshop will be at the University of the Arts.
On the 14th I'm also playing at Chris' at night. So if anyone comes in early, come hang out.
More Details will be coming. Just wanted to put the unofficial word out. This will be an annual event, so as they grow we can get more pros in to hang with us.
The plan is.
Early Summer: Ireland
We're in our second lesson with 'Take the A Train' in our tune group. I'm psyched and hoping that people stay interested in this. I think it would be pretty cool to have someday 10 or 20 of us working on a tune all together.
