what will the changes be to modify my current lighweight framework for, my YV2700 Yamaha vibes, incorporate for futher breakdown?

Because of the numerous inquiries, Joe Cifelli, machinist, and I have been reviewing the possibilities of modifying my current lightweight bottom frame work component, for further breakdown. We are considering as follows:
(a) Release each of the side panels from the current attached bottom cross-arms (with the main braces).
(b) Using these crossarms, develop a sturdy support component, with the main braces, and welded for carrying strength. And, to develop a new sliding "mortice" type bracket for firm attachment during reassembly.
(c) At the moment, to dissasemble my current instrument for placement into my Chevy HHR small van: (1) Remove all of the bars from the keybed frame.
(2) Remove the two resonator elements.
(3) Remove the keybed (with the attached damper assy)and footpedal rods.
(4) Place place the bottom framework into my small van.
(5) Place the 2 resonators and keybed alongside the bottom framework, using "BUNGEE CHORDS).

===================== with the new concept, as described =============================
(1) Remove the bars, resonators and keybed
(2) Remove the side panels from the newly designed center frame work brace element. (3) Place all of the components into you cargo space and use "BUNGEE CHORDS" to hold them togeher during travel.

I am sure that many of you might consider modifying your current set(s) of vibes with the "reduced weight and transporting qualities". PLease send me the information on your brand, model number, how you transport the set model car/van.

Generally, we need to have your complete instrument in the shop to duplicate every inch of the keybed dimensions, heighth, length, etc., for making a completely new lightweight keybed along with the new bottom framework. As it stands right now, we can use your prsent bars, resonators, motor unit and other parts in order to reduce the cost of the modification.
Also, I want to say that when you see what your modified vibes will look like and how much easier to handle movements, it's refreshing! You will have gotten rid of all thos heavy pipe frames (that busted my back for many years).
Just one more thing, there is a lot of critical machining to be done by Joe Cifelli so as to get the fine finished product. This is not a FIVE/DIME routine.

Please get back to me on any other questions, Angelo.
