to me that's great. i think now you have a launching pad. the solo was cool, it was interesting, i could easily follow it and listen to it. you went through the keys.

right on. do you think this is helpful? i think now you just keep playing and playing it. making lines happen and fine tuning it. and then leave it. even if you found a cool solo and took down a chorus. you'd see how some other cat was thinking about it all. you'd be in a great position to pull some of his stuff into your playing easily. i mean you're so focused on the tune that you'll absorb a lot quickly i would think.

it's really cool to see you go through all this.

thanks tony and marie.I try in my practise to play as simple and clear as it can be, and that is difficult.these lessons are really very helpfull and i recomend all the guys hear to do it because it unlock your brain.i am choosing some takes for train 6 that i will upload in a half an hour.in the train 8 i want to hear the bad things of my play bexause all we learned together and i am also thinking posting a piece at the end of the month. i am looking forward for the next workshop and play with you tony.it would be great if you lived in greece and play music and drink beers all day hahahahahahah...

That's cool Dim! Really pleasant to hear, always in the spirit and rhythm, with nice ideas and never failing energy!

Do you mean by "Train 5" that it's in fact your contribution on the 5th lesson? Is it normal that you posted it on the Lesson 6 section? :o)

If so, as I saw you went through the 4 others, you only have 3 to go, and you're done! Huh? :o)

you sound good. as for the 'assignments' they all get a little blurry now.

i think this is more about chord tones which you did here. the next is about lines and scales and the final is putting it all together.

what's cool to me is you sound like you don't need to rely on the chords to get you through, so now they're iceing on the cake for you. know what i mean?

man you're a hard working and you're going to be a mo' fo'.

great lesson! And your solo version at the end in 4 keys is so good! The harmony is also clear, and as always, you are swinging so hard. I just love your playing, man.
