Hey everyone,
We had a great time in Greece with Harvey and the steel band. These cats can play!!! I also joined them and it was great. Here a pic we had before a gig... more pics and videos are coming!

IF anyone remembers the little handheld "20Q" gadgets where you could answer 20 yes or no questions and it would almost ALWAYS accurately tell you what you were thinking of, I just found an old one. It's first guess for me thinking of Vibraphone was Piano (i was impressed), and then it guessed treadmill (much less impressed). More evidence that we are a rare breed!

Check out how important dynamics are in separating the melody line from the accompaniment. It's especially noticeable in the first 8 measures of the tune.
