Holiday Bonus!!! Post an exercise, get a free Skype lesson.

Happy holidays everyone!

To the first person who posts a decent version of my video lesson, Dominant & Minor Workout "Full Exercise" Pt. 2, I will do a lesson on Skype for free.

Rules:

1. Decent means it doesn't have to be perfect, but it has to be mostly accurate, and it can be any tempo, slow or fast.
2. You have to post it on the lesson:

Good luck!

A Little Help From My Friends, PLEASE :-)

With the 2014 world vibes congress rapidly approaching, I thought I'd ask a favor. Maybe get us all contributing to the congress.

What are some of the most important posts on this site. Sure you can think lessons, but they're mainly for subscribers. Although, I think I'll make some of them available to everyone for a bit. But maybe some other things? Maybe about the instrument? Players?

Trying out my new Zoom H2n for recording my piano (thanks for the suggestion, Behn). I used the Mid-Side configuration. Here is a nice demo on the H2n patterns http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ur7a97TzbTs.

I laid down the piano part first. The sound was not too bad but it was a little low. I need to experiment with recorder placement. I brought the piano track into Audacity and normalized it to bring the volume up. Then I overdubbed my vibes (with my AMT 404 stereo mics and Mackie mixer).
