Happy Mini Concert Day! I usually do several takes when I record solo pieces but I tried my best to treat this as a real concert - here's my take 2 on Stablemates and Have You Met Miss Jones.

Sorry, because of the confinement, it's a practice vibraphone, without the tubes (resonators), I play with the only sticks I could find.

For my mini concert I played three Acadian pieces from Prince Edward Island, Canada. I was so tempted to re-do this after flubbing some parts I usually play really well, but I treated it like a concert and played it just once.

David Tony and i did our masterclass with Morgan,Jared and Oliver yesterday and jared played a beautiful version of peace by horace silver for us.
for some reason i never enjoyed playing that tune so much but after the class i thought to myself, that i want to change that and just played it for the rest of the evening. i went into this zone were you kinda forget how long you‘ve been playing one song and then decided to try a version. so here it is:

This camera rocks. For real-- if you're moving into a basic cam upgrade like I am it's a great option. I ordered a dummy battery for it because it can't be used while charging. Flip up screen, clean HDMI out for streaming etc. etc.

Again- audio is a Samson C02 condenser into Zoom H4n and messed with in FL Studio.

This is truly BSing-- not always playing actual.. music.
