Here's a new clip that we just recorded in my home studio this past Sunday. Mark and I have been playing duo gigs for awhile now. He came over to hang and play some tunes. Playing duo with upright bass is a lot of fun.
If you are busting ass on rhythm changes but need a little break, here is something to clear the head with. This, however, can be applied to rhythm changes.

for the A section, using the same major triad shape (1-3-4-5) here are the triads (all major triads)
Bbmaj- G7- Cm- F7- (repeat)
C triad- Eb triad- Bb triad- Db triad--------
Fm- Bb7- Ebmaj- Ebm- Bbmaj
Eb triad- F# triad- F triad- Bb triad-C triad
