Great étude – will try to post a better performance next week. Had accuracy issues – and first time I was trying my tablet with a Bluetooth pedal for turning pages :-) not that pedaling and dampening and learning music is hard enough. it was quite an experience – that I might only try at home! :-)
Obviously I will practice slower and stay relaxed – thoughts???

I had previously posted on this topic via a clip that demonstrated the concept on piano. I'm using the same Pentatonic scales in this clip from Saturday night's gig with Mark.

Only quarter notes, but make something out of this. Make it sound like something.
Add space between the quarter notes. Great exercise for working with the pedal. Don't make them legato.
And of course add the chord changes, study the upper partials.
