Darn that Dream!! Tony and Behn are getting "out of control" posting so many great lessons to study this beautiful tune from all its aspect! Come and join us! It's pretty interesting doing a Kickstarter Campaign. It's interesting partly because of the feedback from other musicians. Some like it, some are indifferent and some are very negative about it. Our lead singer was on a gig recently and a musician was yelling at him about our Kickstarter campaign.

There's 2 weeks a year, where I just can't keep up. This is them. Between spring gigs, teaching rehearsing, I fall behind on vibesworkhop. But it's over soon and I have a bunch of lessons based on Darn That Dream, so we'll keep it going for a bit. That means Behn has to thinking of stuff! He's been posting a lot.

That's life, huh? Better to be busy then not! I leave a blog like this every spring semester every year and here it is!! But I'm almost done!

If any of you guys can swing the 100 dollar pledge, i'll also give you a free month on the site and a pair of my mallets.

I'm really excited about this new recording! It features a great band with Michael Dease on trombone, Steve Einerson on piano, Dezron Douglas on bass, Rodney Green on drums, and co-led with Ken Fowser on tenor saxophone. I have audio clips on my website, www.behngillecejazz.com
