Well, this is my first post. After the vibes workshop in Wuppertal i decided to be more active on this page. So here is my record of Davids Tune Texas Hoedown.
Hope you like this version. I think i'm still to fast but I'm working on it... ;)
I really like to get some feedback?! Thank you! :)

greets from Germany, Hauke

Great that you "joined" us here too Hauke! It was cool meeting you in Wuppertal, and enjoying this great moment you had playing the tune and having it commented and guided by David!

It made me smile to see you push yourself to slow down the tune upon David's advice. This tune is awesome and... "unfeasable"!! ;-) That meant huge job for you: well done!

Keep it up!

hey hauke,

i know this piece is really heavy and you did a great job. you play it still at an incredible tempo. i guess david should have named it texas slowdown :)

it´s not that you can´t do all the nuances, like dead notes etc. at this tempo...you do it but i also think the tune grooves more and feels better for the listner if it´s played slower.
you already know that...so it´s easy for you to do.

great that you posted it here.

i still think it´s one of the coolest written vibes solo pieces...
