chopin prelude for vibes by Ted Wolff

This beautiful little E- prelude by Chopin adapts well into a tune format (see pdf lead sheet attached). The changes are interesting and fun to improvise on. I think it makes a great solo piece. The long sustained melody notes are perfect for vibes.

Upper Structure Triads (USTs) is one of the chapters that will be addressed in Volume Two of The Complete Guide To Improvisation. Here is an example that illustrates the use of USTs on the first 8 measures of "Autumn Leaves".
