I happened upon this You Tube clip commemorating Victor Feldman's posthumous induction into the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, Tennessee. A fitting tribute to a musical genius and icon who was removed from us too young.
I have not been playing much lately (which is not really making me happy)...but anyway, I grabbed a few minutes and was thinking about the Stride Blues stuff that Tony & Ed had done. So I propped up my iPhone, and made a little video. The thing works great for these kind of practice videos! Thank you guys, for the inspiration...

I always tell my students to transcribe Cliffords solo, especially the first 2 or 3 solos. It's a masterpiece!
Rafael Meinhart is a student of David Friedman's. He wanted to work on technical things and asked what he should practice. David said write your own studies. So Rafael did. Check this one out. It's great!
