Hey,

Another great practice video from Patrice, who still needs my help to post! ;-)

Here is his comment :

"A new version of Piazzola masterpiece. Giovanni's beautiful version reminded me the previous one i recorded two years ago. I decided to make a new try. I play bass and guitar part on keyboard as well on this one. .... "

Enjoy guys and thanks Patrice for sharing your work!

Hi all,
Spring is finally here, but since we still have snow on the ground here in New Jersey it doesn't yet feel like it. I think it will just turn up and surprise us one day.

Just wanted to let everyone know that in my quest for a set of mallets that matches an old set I like from the 80's, Mike Balter is the man. I sent him a single mallet and Mike is making me a custom reproduction (for normal retail costs)
So if you have something you want specifically, call Mike he is the man.

One of the wildest performances on you tube, I think....

HERE'S THE LINK, SINCE THE VIDEO IS NOT WORKING FOR SOME ODD REASON: https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=2064&v=KX-ZdONc3Oc

Playing an old classic from 1922 with Billy on clarinet, Mark on upright bass and myself on vibes taped during a session here at the house on 3/22/15. An enjoyable day having friends over to play, hang and have dinner. Special thanks to Gustavo Agatiello for overseeing the audio and videotaping.

Hey,
Patrice asked me to give him a hand with the post of his latest practice tape: enjoy! :o)
