We're getting ready for a great workshop at Nico van der Plas' factory, the vander Plas Baileo factory.
At this workshop we not only work on vibes playing but we also learn about accoustics and the making of vibraphones!
PROGRAM:
- The two first days will be with Tony Miceli. We'll be working with a more advanced approach, focusing on the TOTMs. So this part will be mainly for subscribers and players who get prepared, though everyone is welcome.
- The three last days will be more a general workshop, with David Friedman and Tony Miceli, ending on the 5 with a vibe hang.
- The workshops will start around 10.00 am every day and will finish late in the afternoon and maybe we'll do something at night, but that is open and nothing official. I'll post a full schedule once We have it.(TJ)

- Jan. 31, Feb. 1 - Private lessons by appointment with Tony Miceli €85. Only €35 for Subscribers
- Feb. 2, 3: €75 (per day) - ONLY €25 for vibesworkshop.com subscribers (per day); with Tony Miceli

The First Two Days of the Workshop

For the first 2 (Feb. 2-3) days of the workshop, I want to take a more advanced approach to things. So check back here often as I'll build the requirements for those days. Here are a few things:
Let's focus on the TOTM's we've covered so far. The Blues, Chords and anything else. Also come prepared with a tune or two of your own. Just have memorized anything you will perform for us.
All players are welcome to attend and participate or audit, but I want to actively focus with those players who come prepared.
We will also work on comping, and voice leading and really dig into the whole stride thing because I think a lot comes out of mastering that.
