I recently had a chat with the hotel manager in Sassenheim and I managed to get a little discount for the group. They have plenty of rooms available at the moment and I have reserved about 20 just in case. He needs me to confirm the exact numbers in a few weeks so I need information from all of you as soon as possible.

The rooms price is 55 euro per night. This is single or double, that doesn't matter. And this is without breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel is 12,50. There is a supermarket in Voorhout so we could also see if we can arrange breakfast at Nico's. That might be cheaper. The Internet at the hotel is not free, but you can have access to email at Nico's if you need it.

All of you who are coming to the workshops should send me(info@drumusician.com) the following info:
- Full Name
- Arrival Date and Time
- Departure Date and Time
- How are you arriving? Flight Info, Train info? By Car?
- mobile phone number

Be sure to send me this info before the 10th of January! If you are still not sure by then there is a chance that I can't guarantee a room at the hotel Sassenheim. If you want to look for a cheap alternative you are welcome, but you will have to get to Nico's by yourself. The hotel I arranged is walking distance(15 min) from the factory.
